Kershaw, a singer since he was 9, earned the nickname 'The Ragin' Cajun.' He is known for the classic tunes 'Louisiana Man' and 'Diggy Lo.' A native of Louisiana, Kershaw made his performing debut in honky tonk leading to a career of recording Cajun country in Nashville.
A favorite in local clubs, Sonnier became a Louisiana sensation. A Louisiana native, Sonnier began to play the accordion at age 3 and began recording at age 11.
Jo-El Sonnier was nominated for a Grammy and has hits dating back to the '60s. His songs include 'I Got Mexico,' 'Bayou Boys,' 'Shine, Shine, Shine' and many others. Raven, a blues and Cajun singer since he was a teen, is best known for his songwriting. The featured music is the Bayou Boys featuring Eddie Raven, Jo-El Sonnier and Doug Kershaw.
